He understood I had a price range I wanted to stick to and managed to bag me a house within that price range even during the crazy market we have at the moment. 10 Stars!!! You couldn’t ask for a better agent. We started actively looking for a home approximately a year ago. We made a plan to move to west Virginia from Los Angeles. Trying to purchase a home remotely is very challenging in itself. We had secured a preapproval for a home loan, however when we tried to contact agents we were kept getting The runaround. They kept questioning our intentions about making a purchase. When we expressed interest in one particular home, we were so fortunate to come across Jason. He assured us that he takes his clients very seriously and he surely lived up to it. He was always there for us considering there is a three hour time difference.
